Exposed Aggregate Sealing
We use high powered commercial pressure washers to clean all the grime, dirt, salts, etc. off of your driveway and we then apply a commercial grade high gloss acrylic sealer to your exposed aggregate driveway.
We are unique in that we use a two step process of spraying and back rolling to ensure an even and consistent coverage.
Stamped Concrete Sealing
Our high powered commercial pressure washers make short work of any dirt, salts, etc. leaving your stamped concrete clean and ready for sealant. We then apply our commercial grade high gloss acrylic sealer to your stamped concrete leaving. We use our best in class two step process of spraying and back rolling to ensure an even and consistent coverage.
An anti slip material can be added upon request.
Concrete Staining
We are able to recolor weathered and tired looking stamped concrete and exposed aggregate surfaces. This will leave your exposed aggregate and stamped concrete surfaces looking brand new!
Broom Finish
Concrete Sealing
We help protect your broom finish concrete from water damage with our deep penetrating sealer. This sealer soaks into the concrete and forms a chemical bond without altering the surface appearance. Water absorption is then reduced by 85% and chloride ion (salt) absorption is reduced by 89%. With less water and salt in your concrete the freeze thaw cycles won't damage the concrete. This sealer helps extend the life of your flatwork broom finish concrete.
Crack Repair
We help protect your stamped concrete and exposed aggregate surfaces from water damage by filling and sealing your cracks with either a cementitious sand or a clear 2-part epoxy. This helps to reduce the moisture getting into the cracks and causing further damage.
Interlock Paver Restoration
We clean your paver blocks with high pressure water and then we re-sand with a polymeric sand to re-stabilize your paver blocks. Once the polymeric sand has been applied we will seal with either a high gloss, low gloss, or deep penetrating sealer to help protect the integrity of your blocks.
Concrete Curb
Sealing & Staining
Those concrete curbs look great when new, but they need to be sealed to protect the color and structural integrity. This will leave your concrete curbs looking shiny & brand new!
Anti Slip Application
We can apply an invisible micronized polymer to your concrete to provide additional traction and improve safety.
Garage & Driveway Joint Filling
We can fill in the gap between your driveway and your garage with polymeric sand and/or backer rod and then cover this filler with a self levelling polymer to help prevent erosion of the driveway base which can lead to dropped and/or cracked concrete.
Diamond Sparkle Package
Add a touch of glamour and uniqueness to your concrete by adding diamond sparkle to your concrete sealing. This will produce a stunning visual effect that will set your home apart.
Asphalt Sealcoating
We utilize a premium quality asphalt solvent blend sealer with proprietary technology that cures to a hard, water and weather resistant protective coating over most surfaces. Sealcoating improves the appearance of older paved areas and retards the natural paving process of asphaltic pavements.
Asphalt Pothole Repair
We utilize Aquaphalt® to perform asphalt pothole repairs. The repair provides you with a high performance, flexible, reactive repair which is free of solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s).
Asphalt Crack Repair
We will clean out the crack and then use a high quality, single component, hot applied joint
and crack sealant. When properly applied the in-place sealant forms a resilient and adhesive bond that seals joints and cracks against the intrusion of water and foreign materials reducing pavement and sub-base deterioration.
